“浦之星”的船体的外观设计由国际设计团队SUL公司倾力打造。“在新的设计中,将景观视野扩大化,打造无边水景。270°的全景玻璃幕墙,将浦西外滩万国建筑群、浦江黄金水道、浦东陆家嘴金融中心全视野景观尽数收入囊中。

This is an extraordinary place that specializes in local cuisine. It is located on a barge floating on the Huangpu River. Working in collaboration with the highly respected Jiangnan cuisine master Yu Bin, the restaurant features light flavors, freshness, and an emphasis on authenticity, fully embodying the essence of "clear, fresh, tender, and smooth". Through Jiang Mingyue, the charm of Jiangnan cuisine is spread to more diners. Enjoying authentic and genuine local delicacies while also enjoying the views of the Huangpu River. The restaurant has an elegant and comfortable environment, incorporating the splendid scenery and noble demeanor of both banks of the Huangpu River, meticulously crafting another bright moon in the grand scene of the Bund. The exterior of the barge is complemented by the luminous lights and mirror-like water along the route, and the interior simplifies the design and invites the moonlight into the room. The scenery inside the boat changes with the flow of the river, presenting different light and shadow forms day and night.

与中国淮扬菜大师,享有“淮扬菜泰斗”之称的周晓燕大师合作,餐厅以江南水乡的柔美、中式古典的雅致、园林式的自然为核心,注重细节和文化内涵的体现。在餐具选择上,采用了日本陶瓷界的璀璨明珠NIKKO,以白底蓝花为主的青花瓷,古典雅致,质地细腻、色泽温润,能够很好地衬托菜品的色泽和质感。通过传统与现代的结合,营造出既符合淮扬菜文化特色,又满足现代人审美需求的用餐环境。

In collaboration with Master Zhou Xiaoyan, a master of Huaiyang cuisine in China and known as the "Grandmaster of Huaiyang Cuisine", the restaurant focuses on the softness of the Jiangnan water towns, the elegance of Chinese classical style, and the natural beauty of gardens. It places great emphasis on details and the expression of cultural connotations. In terms of tableware selection, NIKKO, a brilliant gem in the Japanese ceramic world, featuring a white background with blue patterns, is used. This blue-and-white porcelain is classic and elegant, with fine texture and a warm color, which can well complement the color and texture of the dishes. Through the combination of tradition and modernity, it creates a dining environment that not only conforms to the cultural characteristics of Huaiyang cuisine but also meets the aesthetic needs of modern people.

The ingredients are also fresh and of high quality, including classic meats and internal organs, as well as a variety of seafood, vegetables, and bean products. These ingredients are stir-fried in the spicy and fragrant hot pot soup, creating the unique flavor and charm of Chongqing hot pot.
